Fill out a short intake form so we can understand your needs and start getting to know you.

Then, choose how to send us your prescription:

• Upload a photo through the portal*

• Have your doctor fax it directly to us (Fax #: 437-253-2440)

• Request a transfer if your prescription is already at another pharmacy

This setup gives us everything we need to get started. 

*Note: We’ll need your original prescription at pickup

Book a one-on-one online consultation through the portal with a member of our pharmacy care team. 

Choose a time that’s convenient for you and meet us from wherever you’re most comfortable.

After your appointment: We prepare your medications

Once we’ve confirmed everything, our pharmacy team will review your prescription, finalize the details, and get your medications ready. 

We’ll notify you as soon as they’re available.
